Prefers to keep to himself, unless around friends. Very dark humored, and comes off as rather sadistic when cracking jokes. He is often seen relaxing off away from people, but is not mean spirited. Hates idiots, regardless of being empty-minded himself most of the time. Has a habit of being cynical, and states facts as he sees them.His spots are actually dyed into his fur, and are sporatic. TERMS OF SERVICE
- You must be 18 years old or older to commission me.- You have the option of either giving the OK for the sketch, or giving me artistic liberty! After I start the lineart, only minor changes can be made at the end (Color tweak or very small details changed). Main lineart will not be changed for free unless it was my mistake. Fee varies with what is changed.- Updates are given regularly while I am working. Please do not pester me multiple times a day for a wip! This includes raffle winners and free doodle posts! Failure to let me work will result in being blacklisted and being unable to enter for these things again.- I hold all rights to my artwork. This means I own, can share, use for advertising, and can make any decisions freely with it. You can use it for a profile picture or banner on social media with credits. You cannot claim, make any money off of the image, or sell it online.- When relating to art for adopts, you can only sell the art for as much as you paid, unless more art is added. If you paid nothing and added nothing well, I guess you charge nothing.- Payment is through paypal, cashapp, and venmo only. All payment is upfront after details for the commission are decided. No adding extras (Characters or BG) after payment is received and I start planning.
- I have the right to refuse a commission without an elaborate reason. Please respect any decisions made. Harassment, or any advances to disrespect this decision or myself will land you on a blacklist, and all communication blocked.- I will not hold designs. Payment for adopts and designs are upfront always. I will only ever give my payment details out in DM or on one of my site links, never in the comments. I will also never ask for friends and family.- I work a full-time job, with my art as a hobby. Therefor, my work hours are limited daily. Refunds can be discussed and considered if I am not meeting the timeframe or if a problem has come up and needs to be resolved. Please DM me directly first in this case. I answer my discord and twitter the fastest.- Refunds are issued through the commissioner charging back through their payment method. I will not be sending it myself due to scams. If nothing is discussed and you decide to chargeback to be an asshole, then I will fight it. You will be blacklisted from commissioning me in the future, and I have every right to warn other artists I have contact with.- I will not refund if your behavior seems like a scam (Claiming to be the parent, "accidentally" commissioning, "in debt", threats of violence or chargebacks, etc)- I will not accept refunds on donations and tips.- Please do not modify or remove my signature/watermark from any of my works. Cropping it for profile pictures is alright, but do not sell/claim my work, or use my work in any Artificial Intelligence (AI) generators, or NFT-related instances.- Those I deem a "raffle account" will be excluded from getting art from me. if your content is mostly interaction with raffle posts, congrats! This applies to you.- Currently there is not a blacklist aside from my DNI criteria. If that changes and accounts are added, please do not give my designs to these people. Doing so will land you on that same blacklist, and you will be blocked and unable to do any dealings with me.- Any sketches or images sent to me that have been fabricated from AI that you wish for me to use as a reference will land you immediately on my blacklist, no exceptions. With that, do not use or change my works with any AI generator. That will also result in you on the blacklist.
